Our Hors d’Oeuvres are the most versatile tool in our line-up — the Swiss Army Knife of DCC. They can dazzle at your cocktail party, get the main event started, feed the crew all by themselves, or combine with our Small Plates, Station, and Dim Sum menus for the Ultimate DCC Shindig!
Our Chefs and Sales Force can help you choose the right number of items for your event, and help you balance flavors, textures and service styles to suit your personal tastes. Generally speaking, we suggest you pick three options for a snack or to kick off a party with meal service, five options for a light dinner, and eight items or more to fill ’em up!

When you’re scheduling an event such as a reception or cocktail party with 3-5 platters of room temperature hors d’oeuvres or hot food in chafers this is a perfect menu.
It’s also a great addition to a drop off Buffet Meal when you would like 2-3 hors d’oeuvres served passed or on platters.
